Allies for better access
As CEO of RiteChoice, Adam is dedicated to delivering quality outcomes to our partners, patients and employees. He has worked hard to build a mission-focused organization that continues to align with the missions of our clients; people-first, always at the center. That is why Adam believes in the importance of investing in people. It is our people that continue to inspire him to grow and expand our potential.
As a strategic partner, Adam keeps his finger on the pulse of the ever-changing regulatory and compliance landscape, building new FQHC relationships, and developing new service models to further support our partners.
His approach and perspective towards the FQHC world can be traced back to his humble beginnings. Born and raised in South Philadelphia to Syrian immigrant parents, Adam experienced first-hand the realities of living in a complicated healthcare system. One of his life’s missions is to bring affordable, convenient and simple solutions to complex healthcare matters for the benefit of patient care. Fueled by this desire and his background, he joined RiteChoice and quickly began shifting the company focus to the 340B drug discount program, making this program the forefront of the RiteChoice mission. Adam’s extensive experience with the 340B program from both a legal and pharmaceutical lens has made him a go-to expert on the topic, while his diverse upbringing provides a unique perspective to both RiteChoice and it’s FQHC partners.
To date, Adam maintains a law license in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His spare time is spent with his wife, Arianna, daughter Giuliana, and two dogs, Simba and Tessa.

My name is Cindy Zhang. I was borned in New York and raised in South Philadelphia. I went to Temple University where I received both my Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctorate of Pharmacy degree. Prior to RiteChoice, I was working in a high-volume, underserved community pharmacy setting for nearly a decade starting as a pharmacy technician to pharmacy intern and eventually a staff pharmacist. I believe that social determinants of health play an important role in serving the underserved community. As a pharmacist, I strive to provide patients the affordable care that they need in order to obtain a better quality of life. During my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my huge family, cooking meals, going on trails with my goldendoodle, and going on cruises. I also love exploring new places and restaurants and I enjoy recommending my favorite places to others (I am an amateur local guide on Google).
As the first generation in my family in the United States, I was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. Throughout my early education, I found my passion in science and giving back to the community. I had the opportunity to work closely with a pharmacy through a volunteer program. Ever since that experience, I dedicated my time to pursue a career in pharmacy. At RiteChoice, I strive to provide assessable pharmacy care to the community. Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family and friends and on an occasion binge watch tv shows.
