OUR TEAM
Allies for better access
As CEO of RiteChoice, Adam is dedicated to delivering quality outcomes to our partners, patients and employees. He has worked hard to build a mission-focused organization that continues to align with the missions of our clients; people-first, always at the center. That is why Adam believes in the importance of investing in people. It is our people that continue to inspire him to grow and expand our potential.
As a strategic partner, Adam keeps his finger on the pulse of the ever-changing regulatory and compliance landscape, building new FQHC relationships, and developing new service models to further support our partners.
His approach and perspective towards the FQHC world can be traced back to his humble beginnings. Born and raised in South Philadelphia to Syrian immigrant parents, Adam experienced first-hand the realities of living in a complicated healthcare system. One of his life’s missions is to bring affordable, convenient and simple solutions to complex healthcare matters for the benefit of patient care. Fueled by this desire and his background, he joined RiteChoice and quickly began shifting the company focus to the 340B drug discount program, making this program the forefront of the RiteChoice mission. Adam’s extensive experience with the 340B program from both a legal and pharmaceutical lens has made him a go-to expert on the topic, while his diverse upbringing provides a unique perspective to both RiteChoice and it’s FQHC partners.
To date, Adam maintains a law license in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His spare time is spent with his wife, Arianna, daughter Giuliana, and two dogs, Simba and Tessa.
